Future of work? More remote work?

Post Covid 19, we hear a lot of SMB’s wanting to hire remote workers.

The most important factor is cutting costs, less expensive labour, little or no overheads, even no taxes, depending on the contract.


There are 2 things that we expect to happen to both meet the remote work demand and the quality and productivity needed:


Flexible roles or project roles instead of hourly. Many companies have changed their perspective and thus approach from hiring “Jack of all trades” to hiring project specialists to get the job done, swiftly, efficiently.


Upskilling the workforce in remote regions. With more eyes on the global work market than ever before, people that had no chance to access higher paid jobs and courses, will now be able, making them a suitable candidate and thus redistributing the knowledge work.
